How to Restore Your EvaShark Pro Subscription
If you have previously purchased an EvaShark Pro subscription and are now seeing the "Free Tier" or being asked to upgrade again, you can easily restore your access without being charged a second time.
When should I restore?
- You deleted and reinstalled the EvaShark app.
- You switched to a new iPhone or iPad.
- You are logged into a new EvaShark account but want to link your existing subscription.
How to Restore in the App
Open the EvaShark app.
Go to Settings (tap the profile icon on the top right).
Scroll down to the "My Evolution Plan" section.
Tap the link that says "Restore Purchases".
If prompted, enter your Apple ID password.
✨ Your premium features should unlock immediately!
Troubleshooting
If the restore button doesn't work, please check the following:
Check Apple ID
Ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID on your device that you used to make the original purchase.
In-App Purchases
Make sure in-app purchases are not restricted in your device’s Screen Time settings.
Internet Connection
A stable connection is required to verify your receipt with the App Store.

Manage Your Subscription
You can also manage or cancel your subscription directly through the Apple Subscriptions page.
Go to Apple Subscriptions →
